3.2 Business Case
Faith: "I don't have all the details to how this information system works, but I do know that if you agree to use this, I promise you that this will help your pizza shop keep up with the recorded sales so your business will continue to receive the praise it already has. I know my opinion sounds childish, but I promise you, you will not regret this.
Fear: "Without this information systems, there is a possibility that our computers will miss or not have at all any record of our products being sold and that will mean we made money by practically selling nothing at all. If we don't have this system, other problems could also occur that could spell trouble for the shop and we will have no choice but to close it down.
Fact: "This information system is guaranteed to accurately keep track of all our sales each year and it has a 75% chance of not having any errors that could ruin the recorded data. It will have to be updated from time to time, but this will increase our data processing by 15%.
